The agreement for running your own store on Let's 3D.

Your store

You get a store at yourname.lets3d.eduengteam.com with our catalog. You can hide products, set your own prices (never below the site minimum) and add your own products. New stores open after we approve them.

Plans and payment

Commission plan: you pay us 15% of your monthly item sales (delivery is not included).

Subscription plan: you pay a fixed monthly fee, shown when you sign up, in Egyptian pounds. Your store stays open while the subscription is paid, with a 3-day grace period.

You pay us by InstaPay each month. Your statement is in your seller dashboard.

Design licences (important)

You must have the right to sell every design in your store, including catalog designs. Many free designs allow personal use only. Check each design's licence before selling it, and hide any design whose licence does not allow commercial printing.

You are responsible for licence claims about designs you sell.

Orders and customers

Customers pay you directly. You print, deliver and answer your customers, and offer at least our returns policy.

Use customer details only to fulfil their orders.

Content and suspension

Do not list illegal, dangerous, offensive or counterfeit items. We can hide products or suspend a store that breaks these terms or does not pay; nothing is deleted when a store is suspended.

Taxes and changes

You are responsible for your own taxes. We will tell you in advance about changes to fees or these terms.
