What we collect, why, who helps us run the site, and how to ask for your data to be deleted.

What we collect

Account: your name, email and password (stored scrambled; we cannot read it).

Orders: delivery addresses, phone numbers, what you ordered and its status.

Custom prints: your description, WhatsApp number and any file you upload (kept in private storage only our admins can open).

Learning: which lessons you finished, your quiz scores and certificates.

Why we use it

To deliver your orders, send order and account emails, quote custom prints, save your course progress and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

When you order from a seller's store, that seller receives your name, phone, email and address so they can deliver.

Our service providers store and process data for us: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database) and Resend (email).

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. Your cart and language choice are saved in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

Message us on WhatsApp at +20 101 338 0268 to see, correct or delete your data. We keep order records that we need for accounting even after an account is deleted.
