Likely causes
- Dirty build surface
- Incorrect Z offset
- Low bed temperature
Check in this order
- Clean and dry the plate
- Print a first-layer test
- Adjust Z offset in small steps
Settings to try
- Slow first layer to 20 mm/s
- Use material-appropriate bed temperature
- Set fan to 0% for the first two layers
